Chad Ho, DDS
I am Dr. Chad Ho and the dentist here at Dental Design Studio.
I earned my B.S. in Biochemistry at California State University, Long Beach and my Doctor of Dental Surgery at University of Southern California.
Dedicated to continuing education, my professional affiliation include the American Dental Association and our local chapter, the Nevada Dental Association and the Southern Nevada Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentists, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and out local Chenin Study Club.
With my background in biomimetic dentistry, I am able to utilize the latest dental technology, biocompatible materials, and minimally invasive techniques to mimic the natural structure and function of teeth. Thus, preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible. This philosophy shifts the classical paradigm from REMOVE & REPLACE to PRESERVE & MAINTAIN.
While I rejoice in helping people find their smiles, I also enjoy traveling, playing games with friends & family, and getting outdoors, typically at the lake during summer and the mountain during winter.

I am Caitlin Ho and the office manager here at Dental Design Studio.
I earned my B.S. in Business and Economic at University of California, Irvine and my Masters in Accounting as University of Las Vegas.
After graduation, I started in taxation department at Caesar’s Entertainment then migrated to Ernst & Young’s private client sector. There, I was part of several teams focusing on maintaining individuals legal compliance and funds management.
In my spare time I love to explore the new entertainment and local restaurants that continue to pop up here Las Vegas. There always seems to be a never ending stream of new concepts and experiences. I love traveling, my current favorite being Banff National Park, spending time with my family and our dog Otis, and watching a good scary movie.

I am James Wintergrass and the lead dental assistant here at Dental Design Studio.
I have been working with Dr. Ho since he conceptualized Dental Design Studio. I knew this office was going to be equipped with the most advanced technology in the dental industry and believe in our philosophy of using the best tools available to provide the best care possible.
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy playing games with friends and family, going out to eat, and traveling.

I am Ariana Ledesma and the receptionist here at Dental Design Studio.
I started at Dental Design Studio as a patient! After seeing how the team flowed, the great personalities here and the work they are providing, it was an easy transition to join the team.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and watching new movies and tv shows.
